Common Questions, Clear Answers

Account & Registration

Getting started is quick and straightforward. Click the Register button at the top of the page and fill in your basic details — your name, mobile number or email address, and a secure password. Once you verify your contact information via OTP, your account is ready to use. The whole process typically takes just a few minutes, and you can start exploring the platform the same day you sign up.

Yes. Identity verification — commonly called KYC — is a standard requirement in online gaming. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card, to confirm your identity and age. This protects your account and ensures that only you can access your funds. Most verification requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and play on MA77. This applies to all users in the Philippines regardless of game type. MA77 takes underage gaming seriously — players found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts permanently suspended. Please game responsibly and within your personal limits.

No worries — it happens. On the Login page, look for the "Forgot Password?" option and follow the instructions. You'll need access to the mobile number or email address registered to your account to receive a reset link or OTP. If you've lost access to both, contact our support team directly and they'll help you recover your account through an identity verification process.

No. MA77 allows only one account per person. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, including any pending balances. If you think you accidentally created a second account or are having trouble accessing your existing one, reach out to our support team before attempting to register again.
Deposits & Withdrawals

MA77 supports several payment methods designed for Filipino players. You can fund your account through:
  • Philippine online and mobile banking
  • Local bank transfers
  • E-wallets including GCash and Maya
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP), so there's no currency conversion involved. Please note that credit cards and cryptocurrency are not currently supported as deposit methods on MA77.

Processing times depend on the withdrawal method and when the request is submitted. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash or Maya tend to be the fastest option. Bank transfers may take a little longer — typically 1 to 3 banking days depending on your bank. Before submitting a withdrawal, make sure your account is fully verified, as pending KYC can delay the process. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it right away.

Minimum amounts vary depending on the payment channel you use. MA77 generally keeps its minimums at an accessible level so players can start comfortably with whatever amount they're ready for. For the most current figures, log in to your account and check the cashier section, or reach out to our support team — these amounts may be adjusted from time to time based on payment provider requirements.
Games

MA77 offers a solid range of game categories to suit different types of players:
  • Slot Games — A wide mix of titles across different themes, reel formats, and bonus features. Great for casual play or longer sessions.
  • Live Casino — Real-time games streamed with live dealers, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette.
  • Sports Betting — Bet on Basketball (PBA & NBA), Boxing, Football, Volleyball, Esports, and major international competitions.
  • Fish Games — A popular arcade-style shooting game that's easy to pick up and fun to play for extended rounds.
Visit the individual sections from the navigation menu to browse what's available in each category.

Demo or free-play modes may be available for select slot titles. This lets you get familiar with a game's rules, paytable, and bonus mechanics before committing real money. Keep in mind that not all game types support free play — live casino tables and sports betting require real wagers by nature. Where demo mode is available, it's a good way to build confidence before you go in with actual funds.

MA77's sports betting section covers the sports Filipinos care about most, including PBA and NBA Basketball, Philippine Boxing, Volleyball, Football, and Esports. International events — like international football leagues, UFC, and tennis majors — are also covered. Visit the Betting page to browse upcoming events and available markets.
Bonuses & Promotions

Active promotions are listed on the Promotions page. Each offer comes with its own set of terms — including eligibility, any applicable turnover requirements, and the validity period — so read through those carefully before opting in. Some bonuses are credited automatically after a qualifying deposit, while others may require you to contact our support team or use a specific promo code. When in doubt, our team can walk you through the steps for any specific offer.

Yes — MA77's promotions aren't only for new members. Existing players can access reload bonuses, cashback deals, and other periodic offers. We recommend checking the Promotions page regularly so you don't miss deals that are time-sensitive or limited to specific game categories. Enabling notifications in your account settings is also a good way to stay updated.
Technical & Mobile

Absolutely. MA77 is built to work smoothly on mobile devices — Android and iOS alike. The full platform is accessible through your mobile browser with no compromise on game quality or features. If you want a more optimized experience with faster load times and easier navigation, download the MA77 app from the Download page and install it directly on your device.

Start with the basics: clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page. If you're running a browser extension like an ad blocker or VPN, try disabling it temporarily — these can interfere with live casino streams and gaming scripts. Switching to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) can help you narrow down whether the issue is browser-specific. If none of that helps, contact our support team with a brief description of the issue and your device type. A screenshot helps, too.

Yes. MA77 supports OTP-based verification for logins and sensitive account actions. When enabled, an OTP is sent to your registered mobile number or email each time someone attempts to access your account from an unrecognized device. We strongly recommend keeping this feature active. Never share your OTP with anyone — MA77 staff will never ask you for it.
Responsible Gaming

MA77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Players can set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods to help manage how much they spend and how long they play. These tools are there to put you in control. If gaming is starting to feel like more than just entertainment, we encourage you to use them or speak with our support team. You can also visit our Responsible Gaming page for more guidance and resources.

Yes. If you need a break, MA77 allows you to request a temporary account suspension or a longer-term self-exclusion. Contact our support team to initiate this — your request will be handled with care and without judgment. Remember that gaming should always be a form of entertainment, not a way to recover financial losses. Play within your budget, know your limits, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need support. MA77 is a 21+ platform only.

No. Online gaming always involves risk, and there are no guaranteed winnings on any platform, including MA77. All games are based on chance, and outcomes cannot be predicted or controlled. Any service or person claiming to offer a surefire system for winning is not affiliated with MA77. We encourage all players to set a realistic budget, treat gaming as entertainment, and never wager more than they can afford to lose.
